Sturm MilTec Tactical Knife 440/G10 With Sheath

A medium-sized fixed knife for everyday use. Full tang is a guarantee of strength and safe work with the knife. Stainless blackened (coated) steel 440 SS with DROPPOINT blade. Full Tang blade (fully integrated), terminated with an eye at the end of the handle for the possibility of tying a string or paracord cable. The eye is of course metal and can be used as an emergency hammer.
Black handle made of G10 material. (G10 is a fiberglass-based fiberglass. The layers of glass fiber fabric are soaked in resin and baked under high pressure. The resulting material is very hard, light and strong, used mainly for the production of tactical accessories). The ergonomic recess on the handle for placing the index finger and with the serrated part of the blade on the greyhound back for placing the thumb on a strong pressure, ensures a firm grip on the knife and thus better work when cutting. The solid nylon case is equipped with an eye for a belt approx. 7 cm wide and a safety strip to secure the knife against falling out and subsequent loss with Velcro fastening.
Maintenance instructions:
The knife is a cutting tool and not a screwdriver, crowbar, chisel, sheet metal shears or can opener. Not intended for throwing, liking and chopping !!!
Always use a grinding stone to sharpen the knife. Never use electric grinding machines, as high grinding temperatures can result in a loss of steel hardness. The knife is made of stainless steel, but still dry it after use and lightly oil it. Lubricate the knife occasionally, or when not in use for a long time, with gun oil. This will significantly extend the life and quality of the blade.
